Bruce is a founding partner of 5th Century Partners (“5CP”). Over his private equity career, Bruce has completed several buyout transactions across multiple industry sectors, representing over $2 billion in enterprise value.

Prior to founding 5CP, Bruce was a Vice President at The Vistria Group, a Chicago-based private equity firm, where he led transactions primarily in the education and healthcare industries. Prior to Vistria, Bruce was an investment professional at Sun Capital Partners and Gauge Capital, where he focused on investments in the consumer, healthcare, and business services industries. Earlier in his career, Bruce was an investment banker at J.P. Morgan, where he focused on leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and debt offerings across a variety of industries.

Bruce received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University where he was a Varsity Football Letterman and two-time Academic All Big-Ten Award Recipient. Bruce currently resides in Chicago with his wife, Audrey, and son.
