Christina is an operating advisor at 5CP, bringing over 17 years of experience in healthcare operations, integrations, and M&A. She collaborates closely with portfolio companies to drive operational excellence, unlock value through integration strategies, and establish scalable processes that support sustainable growth.

Prior to joining 5CP, Christina served as VP of Operations and Implementations at private equity-backed One Call. In this role, she led numerous large-scale transformation initiatives across the healthcare sector, combining strategic insight with a deep expertise in operational execution. A certified Lean Six Sigma practitioner, Christina is passionate about efficiency, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering measurable results. She is recognized for her hands-on leadership style and her dedication to building high-performing teams.

Christina holds a B.B.A from Valdosta State University and currently resides in Jacksonville, FL with her family.
