As chief growth officer, Will focuses on One Call’s strategic and organic growth, leading One Call’s client services, client analytics, stakeholder experience, sales and marketing teams. 

Will believes growth can only occur by exceeding client satisfaction. He delivers market differentiation with teams focused on client experience and program analytics. This approach has resulted in new parternships, significant growth, and ulimately, the best possible outcomes. His commitment to excellence continually earns him the respect and trust of board members, clients, and injured workers alike.

Will has been with One Call for more than 20 years, playing a significant role as the company grew into the industry leader it is today. He has led the successful integration of multiple acquistions to create a comprehesive company portfolio of ancillary services for workers’ compensation, including diagnostics, physical therapy, home health & complex care, durable medical equipment, transportation & language, and dental. 

Throughout his tenure, Will has been instrumental in private equity board management, leading and advising boards on initiatives and investments that drive growth. He has served in various executive leadership positions throughout the organization, including Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Product Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. 

Beyond his professional career, Will serves on the board of Leadership Jacksonville, an organization dedicated to educating, connecting, and inspiring diverse leaders to build and strengthen the Jacksonville community. He also empowers Jacksonville’s homeless community through his active involvement with Save Our Streets. Will resides with his wife and daughter in Jacksonville, Florida, One Call’s corporate headquarters.
