Vicky is an operating partner of 5 th Century Partners. She has over 15 years’ experience as CFO/COO for SME brands in the beauty industry.
She acts as a fractional CFO for fast growing international beauty and fashion brands, supporting the businesses at a strategic and operational level.

Prior to becoming a fractional CFO, Vicky was CFO/COO of Susanne Kaufmann, a natural beauty brand based in Austria. She became the de-facto CEO of the company during the pandemic, leading teams in three different countries and ensuring the business remained self-funding during the two
year period.

Prior to Susanne Kaufmann, Vicky was COO of This Works, a wellbeing beauty brand, based in the United Kingdom. During her seven years at This Works, Vicky partnered with the CEO to execute two successful exits, first to private equity and then to a trade buyer.

Vicky qualified as a chartered management accountant in 1994, after gaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting at Guildhall University in London.

Vicky was born in Ghana and emigrated with her family to the UK as a young child. She lives in London with her son, an aspiring DJ.
